Why We Built This Site
Public access is useful only when the request reaches the office that holds the record. Gina Timmerman's Superior Court clerk office manages Superior civil and criminal records and also identifies local Juvenile and Magistrate clerk functions. Probate Court and Thomson Municipal Court use separate channels. PeachCourt supplies McDuffie Superior case access, but it is not a unified Georgia docket for every lower court. We bring those official contacts, search routes, number formats, and copy procedures together while preserving the boundaries between courts.
What You Will Find Here
- Record requests: ways to obtain court case records and certified copies
- Case lookups: how to use docket search routes by name or number
- Docket guides: local criminal and civil docket details
- Court settings: how to check the court schedule and verify a date
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately operated reference site with no connection to a Georgia court, clerk, or government agency. Its limits are clear:
- We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
- We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
- We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
- We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now
Only the clerk of court or the trial court that heard the case can issue an official or certified copy of a docket sheet or court record. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
Search Partners
Third-party providers operate search boxes appearing on some pages. They control their results, prices, and services. A paid signup reached through one of those tools may earn this site a referral fee, which supports free public access to the reference material. We neither set the provider's charges nor control the records it returns.
